Life keeps pouring, and sometimes it is hard to hold. 

Sometimes we don’t know who we are, or can’t stand who
When we have set the container by our long familiarity with our inner awareness, we can hold the life that pours into us.

we are, or can’t live with what’s happened to us.

Sometimes we hate what we’re feeling, or don’t know what we’re feeling, or don’t feel much.

Sometimes we’re doing something we don’t want to do, or we want to do something we’re not doing, or someone else is doing something hurtful to us.

Sometimes we’re afraid for those we love, and sometimes we can’t stand those we love, and sometimes we don’t love them.

Sometimes we’ve lost someone or something and feel we just can’t go on without them or it.



of it is what drives most people to therapy.

If you are not in pain and are doing preventive maintenance, you are unusual, but very welcome.
If you are having these experiences, it means you are normal. It means you are human. Life has poured too hard, whether from within or without, and the pain
